I am a qualified therapist and registered member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP). In addition to my first degree, I hold a Masters Degree in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling. I am a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT). I am also an accredited life and executive coach and hold a diploma in executive coaching (AoEC, EMCC accredited).

I am based in Monaco.

In my work as a therapist, I practice according to the needs of each client, drawing on a range of therapeutic techniques. I trained in the theories of humanistic, psychodynamic, relational, existential, behavioural and body psychotherapy. I also work with cognitive therapies such as CBT. I abide by the BACP Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy.

Working as coach, I combine my life experience as well as my executive career of over 20 years in the City of London.

I adopt an emphatic and supportive approach but also offer challenges where appropriate recognising that we sometimes need to experience both approaches in order to break through our barriers.
